About the Job: 

    

The mission of the Analyst on the Taco Bell IT Restaurant Technology Openings Team is to coordinate and manage technologies as it pertains to Taco Bell asset changes. The Implementation Analyst accomplishes this by understanding the workflows, processes, tools, and partners that are required to effectively implement and transfer technology as each project requires. The Implementation Analyst acts as a conduit of information, relaying project schedules, escalations, and technology changes to the appropriate internal and external partners. 

 

The Day-to-Day: 

 

  • Manage the implementation of new technologies being installed at new and remodel Taco Bell restaurants.  
  • Support the transfer of technologies when Taco Bell “Re-Franchises” a restaurant(s) or when a franchisee partner transfers restaurants to another franchisee. 
  • Oversee and track the removal of technologies when Taco Bell closes a restaurant 
  • Work cross-functionally to influence new processes and technologies that can aid in new and remodeled restaurants. 
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues in support of the team when they arise and escalate them to either the appropriate vendor or product IT team. 
  • Monitor Construction Status and escalate potential delays to leadership. 
  • Support RTO discussions with cross functional teams, vendors, franchisees, and facilities and  ensure RTO KPIs are met. 

 

 

Is this you? 

 

  • At least 1 year of IT experience 
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Outlook. Word, Excel, Powerpoint), ServiceNOW, AppDynamics  
  • Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and proceed with objectives to meet timelines and dates. 
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, proven ability to solve problems creatively, and ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management, strong analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful with the ability to build relationship.

Salary Range: ­­$78,000 to $90,000 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
