Be a Great Story Teller!

  • Pull weekly sales reports to present to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creation of size/color reporting to understand how we can best service the consumer.
  • Develop new ways to view and present data to internal and external stakeholders.

Execute with Excellence!

  • Collaborate with respective customer on item number creation, along with any other respective documentation needed prior to shipment.
  • Coordination with internal partners on sample management, including the retention of items for reference in Bentonville and delivery to the customer’s office.
  • Analyze and build customer orders to ensure high in-stocks and minimize financial liabilities.

Best in Class Supply Chain!

  • Provide reporting of outbound shipments to FAM team, escalating any potential issues.
  • In coordination with Pod Supply Chain Manager, track key events (Black Friday, ISBs, etc.) to ensure on-time available to ship.
  • Report weekly on OTIF metrics, identifying areas of improvement and how to execute.
  • Key contributor within POD Supply Chain meetings.
  • Provide new ideas for reporting and process improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Supply Chain, Retail Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or 4+ years of experience in club supply chain/replenishment
  • Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Additional Skills

  • 5+ years of customer facing supply chain experience in apparel or home categories
  • Tableau, PowerBI experience
  • Experience in Retail Link, Nova, Circana/Madrid, Scintilla
  • Ability to leverage data to provide customer and brand insights
  • Third Party Service Provider (Anderson/Acosta) management

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).
