About the Role
As a member of the Provider Operations team you will have the opportunity to influence and impact key clinical initiatives at Charlie Health. Whether you are interested in analyzing how we best utilize our clinical capacity or improving operations in high growth provider businesses, this role will give you the opportunity to lead cross-functional projects that will have a profound impact on Charlie Health’s ability to deliver high-quality care. Responsibilities
Process Optimization:
- Implement new programs that increase the productivity of various teams that impact clinical supply (e.g. Talent, Cross-Licensing, and Onboarding)
- Analyze talent acquisition data to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing clinician productivity and reducing cost per session
- Support the implementation of best practices to improve clinical candidate generation, conversion, and retention
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and Tableau to track Clinical team performance
- Analyze attendance and utilization trends and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Provide data-driven insights to help optimize clinical delivery process
Supply Forecasting and Planning:
- Partner with the Growth Strategy and Finance teams by translating admission forecasts into state-level supply planning
- Assist in setting Talent targets and goals based on market trends and company objectives
- Support our end-to-end supply model, ensuring proper staffing by state
Total Rewards & Retention:
- Design an ROI-centric total reward strategy for our clinical team
- Partner with our HR to track compensation, satisfaction, and retention across our clinical team
Bonus Calculations:
- Calculate and administer bonuses for clinicians and clinical recruiters, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with performance metrics
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with teams across Clinical Intake, Care Delivery, Cross-Licensing, Talent, HR, and Finance to ensure data consistency and strategic alignment
- Provide analytical support to enhance collaboration between Provider Operations and other teams
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience; consulting, investment banking or analytical operations candidates are strongly preferred
- Experience with SQL and/or Tableau is a plus
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Excel fluency— this role will require significant modeling expertise
- Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve
- Proactive self-started and natural multitasker
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Highly analytical, with an ability to construct research and data-driven recommendations

Additional Information
The target base compensation for this role will be between $66,000 and $130,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $73,000 and $143,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
