What you will get to do:Designing and developing all aspects of vision control systems, equipment, and programming using high standards and build upon with innovative ideasWriting, implementing, and debugging PLC softwareProviding support to existing vision equipment globallyFollowing health, safety, environmental regulations, and safety protocols, (LOTO)Building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among all team membersCommunicating across cross-functional groupsBeing responsible for projects from technical specification to startup supportDeveloping contingency and disaster recovery plansCreating training documentationWhat will make you successful:Three years’ experience in a controls/vision engineering role.Must be a self-starter, team player, work well with others, and have a positive attitudeMust be a creative thinker, results oriented, focused, and attentive to detail and accuracyProficient in RSLogix5000, Studio5000, and FactoryTalk View StudioKnowledgeable of Keyence, & Cognex camerasMust have ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlinesC+ or C++ Programming capabilitiesKnowledge on machine learning with AI capabilitiesSelf-driven and willingness to work long hours during installations, if requiredWillingness to travel globally – up to 30-50%
