What You'll Do
  • Drive Strategic Projects: Work directly with the founder on business strategy, market research, and operations. Analyze data to support key decisions.
  • Optimize Operations: Improve workflows, track project progress, and collaborate with teams to execute strategic goals.
  • Support Fundraising: Prepare investor materials, analyze financial data, and assist in fundraising efforts. Manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Assist Hiring: Screen candidates, refine hiring strategies, and help build a high-performing team.
  • Create Reports & Insights: Develop data-driven reports and presentations for leadership and investors.
  • Lead Special Projects: Own high-impact tasks in business development, product strategy, and market expansion.

    • What We’re Looking For
  • MBA student or recent graduate with an interest in startups and business strategy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and execute efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to drive insights.
  • Experience in consulting, startups, or finance is preferred but not required.
