WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
We are seeking a Data Integration Analyst Intern to support key initiatives related to data ingestion, transformation, and API integrations. As an intern, you will work closely with our Data Science, Product, and Customer Success teams, gaining hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and integration frameworks while collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to enhance data flow across our platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and transforming client-provided data to ensure it is clean, structured, and usable for our AI models.
- Assisting with data integration projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data movement across systems.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of ETL workflows.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize data ingestion processes.
- Analyzing data quality and assisting in resolving integration challenges.
- Researching and implementing best practices for data integration and API connectivity.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous internship or project experience in data integration, data analytics, or software engineering.
- Interest in fintech, AI, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, or other data processing languages.
- Exposure to ETL tools, APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The internship will have a duration of 8-12 weeks with a required 20 hours per week in-office (Ballantyne area).
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:
The expected starting pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. Applicable salary ranges may vary across markets, and actual pay will be determined based on experience and job-related factors. Please note that as a part-time intern, this position will not qualify for benefits.
